Lead wire stone baskets are mechanically woven from high corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and ductile low-carbon steel wire, or wire coated with PVC. The box-like structures made from this mesh are called stone笼mesh baskets. The diameter of the low-carbon steel wire used varies according to engineering design requirements, generally ranging from 2.0 to 4.0 mm. The tensile strength of the stone mesh wire is not less than 38 kg/m², the weight of the metal coating is generally more than 245 g/m², and the diameter of the edge line of the stone mesh panel is generally larger than the diameter of the mesh wire. The length of the double-strand twisting part must not be less than 50mm to ensure that the metal and PVC coatings of the twisted wire are not damaged.

(2) Wire Diameter: The stone笼 net is divided into three types of wire diameters—mesh wire, edge wire, and binding wire.
The wire mesh range is from 2mm to 4mm.
2. The edge wire is generally thicker than the mesh wire, 0.5-1.0mm thicker.
3. Binding wire is generally smaller than mesh wire, with 2.2mm being the most common size.

(4) Surface Treatment
Electroplated galvanized. Zinc coating of 10g/m². Poor corrosion resistance.
2. Hot galvanized. The zinc coating can reach up to 300g/m². Strong corrosion resistance.
3. Galfan (zinc-aluminum alloy). It is divided into two types of materials: zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy wire and zinc-10% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy wire.
4. PVC Sheathing. The sheathing thickness typically covers 1.0mm, for instance: after sheathing, 2.7mm becomes 3.7mm.
