Base panel cutting → Base panel installation → Base panel connection → Base panel sealing inspection → Side panel cutting → Side panel connection → Sealing inspection at side panel connection → Roof panel cutting → Roof panel connection → Roof panel installation
1. According to the design requirements of the tank specifications and models, we use lubricated assembly-style tank module sheets in the factory. First, we mark the sheets, then send them to the cutting machine to be cut into 106x106cm blocks. After cutting the sheets, we trim the four corners to 90-degree angles, and then send them to the hydraulic press to mold them into 100x100cm and 50x50cm concave-convex panels, with all flanges being 90 degrees.
2. Upon arrival on-site, first assemble the forming panels using bolted and sealed connections with bolts and gaskets. Connect the panels according to the tank's dimensions of length x width x height, assembling them into several tank panels or dividing them into sections for bolted connections based on the tank's length and height. The top layer of the water tank is connected with bolts.
3. After assembling several panels, prepare for the bottom assembly connection. When bolting the bottom panel, the manufacturer of the buried box pump integrated unit should first seal the bottom panel dimensions, arrange the bottom plate for sealing connection on the bottom panel, and then perform fire oil inspection and visual inspection on the sealed section to prevent loose seals and other phenomena.
4. After the base panel is connected, proceed to join the wall panel with the base panel. Bolt connection involves first placing one side's code on the base of the water tank, followed by the codes on all four sides. Adjust the flanges for connection, with the general relative angle being below 2mm. The connection should be straight, and the corners must have a 90-degree connection between the base and the wall.
5. After the bottom of the water tank is sealed to the wall with bolts and gaskets, it is then connected to the top and wall, with the edges aligned to form a basically straight horizontal line. According to customer requirements, the manhole of the water tank is connected at the specified location, usually installed near the float ball of the inlet hole.
6. After the water tank connections are sealed, proceed to open the inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, fire hydrant, and install the ladder near the manhole.
