1. According to the design requirements for the tank specifications and models, we use lubricated assembly tank module sheets within the factory. First, we mark the sheets, then send them to the cutting machine to be cut into 106×106cm blocks. After the sheets are cut, we trim the four corners to 90-degree angles, and then send them to the hydraulic press to mold them into 100×100cm and 50×50cm convex-concave panels, with all flanges being 90 degrees.
2. Upon arrival at the site, first assemble the molding plates, using bolt and seal technology for sealing connections. Connect the plates according to the tank's dimensions (length x width x height) with bolts, forming several panels of the tank or dividing them into several sections connected by bolts based on the tank's length and height. The top layer of the water tank is connected using bolts.
3. After assembling several panels, prepare for the bottom assembly connection. When bolting the bottom plate, the manufacturer of the buried box pump integration should first seal the bottom plate dimensions, arrange the bottom plate for sealing connection on the bottom plate, and then perform fire oil inspection and visual inspection on the sealed section to prevent loose seals and other phenomena.
4. After the base is connected, proceed with the wall panel and base connection. Bolt connection involves first placing the code on one side of the base of the water tank. After placing the codes on all four sides, adjust the flanges for connection. The relative angle of the dimensions should generally be below 2mm, with a requirement for straight lines. The corners must have a 90-degree connection between the bottom and the wall.
5. After the bottom of the water tank is sealed to the wall with bolts and gaskets, it is then connected to the top and wall, with the edges aligning to form a basically straight horizontal line. According to customer specifications, the manhole of the water tank is connected at the designated location, typically installed near the float ball of the inlet hole.
6. After the water tank connections are sealed, proceed to open the inlet, outlet, overflow, discharge, fire hydrant, and install the ladder near the manhole.
