Detailed Description:

Submersible pump integrated unit
Now, let me tell you about Runping's buried ground.Integrated pump boxDifferences from standard water tanks:
1. The standard water tank is welded, while the integrated buried water tank pump is bolted together. There are three types of integrated water tanks for the buried water tank pump.
Galvanized steel plate, stamped into shape; all the stamping blocks of the individual stamping panels are bolted together.
(2) SUS304 stainless steel material, formed, the forming blocks of each stamping plate are connected by bolts.
(3) Composed of 3mm galvanized steel plate and 0.4mm stainless steel composite, these materials vary greatly in price.

Submersible pump integrated water tankWith the ordinaryStainless Steel Water TankConstruction plans vary as well; I'll introduce them to you below.Submersible pumpIntegrated water tank construction plan
To ensureSubmersible pump packageThe water tank meets high design standards during production. Our company operates in accordance with the enterprise standards issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Quality and Technical Supervision, with the serial number Q/320925YLP001-2013.
Tank specification: 25m x 18m x 2.5m = 1125m³
Sheet specifications: Top panel 2.0mm, Side panels 3.0mm/3.0mm/3.0mm, Bottom panel 3.0mm

Anti-float buried water tank construction procedure:
Bottom panel cutting → Bottom panel installation → Bottom panel connection → Bottom panel sealing inspection → Side panel cutting → Side panel connection → Side panel connection sealing inspection → Top panel cutting → Top panel connection → Top panel installation
1. Based on the design requirements for the tank specifications and models, lubricated assembly-type tank module sheets are used within the factory. First, the sheets are marked, then sent to a cutting machine to be cut into 106x106cm blocks. After the sheets are cut, the four corners are trimmed into 90-degree angles, and then sent to a hydraulic press to be molded into 100x100cm and 50x50cm convex-concave panels. The flanges of the convex-concave panels are all 90 degrees.
2. Upon arrival on-site, first assemble the shaped panels, utilizing bolt and seal technology for sealed connections. Bolt the panels together according to the tank's dimensions (length × width × height), or divide the tank into several sections for bolted connections based on its length and height. The top layer of the water tank is bolted together.
3. After assembling several panels, prepare for the bottom assembly connection. When bolting the bottom plate, the manufacturer of the buried type box pump integrated unit should first seal the bottom plate dimensions, arrange the bottom plate for sealing connection on the bottom plate, and then perform oil check and visual inspection on the sealed section after the bottom plate connection to prevent loose seals and other phenomena.
4. After the base is connected, proceed with the wall panel and base connection. Bolt connection: First, place one side's code on the bottom of the water tank. After placing the codes on all four sides, adjust the flange for connection. The general relative angle of the dimensions should be below 2mm, with a requirement for straightness. The corners must have a 90-degree connection between the bottom and the wall.
5. After the bottom of the water tank is sealed to the wall with bolts and gaskets, it is then connected to the top and the wall, with the edges aligning to form a basically straight horizontal line. According to customer requirements, the manhole of the water tank is connected at the designated location, usually near the float ball of the inlet hole.
6. After the water tank connections are sealed, proceed to open the inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, fire hydrant, and install the ladder near the manhole.
