Detailed Description:

Submerged pump integrated unit
Now, let me tell you about Runping's buried ground.Integrated pump and containerDistinctive features from the standard water tank:
1. Standard water tanks are welded, while the integrated submersible pump water tanks are bolted together. There are three types of integrated submersible pump water tanks:
Galvanized steel sheet, stamped into shape; each stamping block of the individual stamping plate is bolted together.
(2) SUS304 stainless steel material, formed, with the forming blocks of each stamping panel connected by bolts.
(3) Composed of 3mm galvanized steel plate and 0.4mm stainless steel composite, these materials vary significantly in price.

To ensureSubmersible pump station integrated unitThe water tank meets higher design standards during production. Our company follows the corporate standards issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Quality and Technical Supervision, with the code Q/320925YLP001-2013.
Tank specifications: 25m x 18m x 2.5m = 1125 m³
Sheet specifications: Top panel 2.0mm, Side panels 3.0mm/3.0mm/3.0mm, Bottom panel 3.0mm

Anti-float buried water tank construction procedure:
Bottom plate cutting → Bottom plate installation → Bottom plate connection → Bottom plate sealing inspection → Side panel cutting → Side panel connection → Sealing inspection at side panel connection → Top plate cutting → Top plate connection → Top plate installation
1. According to the design requirements for the water tank specifications and models, we use lubricated assembly-type water tank module sheets within the factory. First, we mark the sheets, then send them to the shearing machine to cut them into 106×106cm pieces. After cutting, we trim the four corners to 90-degree angles, and then send them to the hydraulic press to mold them into 100×100cm and 50×50cm embossed and debossed panels, with all flanges being 90 degrees.
2. Upon arrival at the site, first assemble the molding panels, utilizing bolt and seal technology for sealed connections.螺栓 connect the panels based on the tank's dimensions (length × width × height), forming several panels of the tank or dividing them into sections for bolted connections along the tank's length and height. The top layer of the water tank is connected using bolts.
3. After assembling several panels, prepare for the bottom assembly connection. When bolting the bottom panel, the manufacturer of the buried box pump integration should first seal the bottom panel dimensions. Arrange the bottom panel on the bottom for sealing connection. After the bottom panel connection, conduct oil leakage checks and visual inspections on the sealing parts to prevent loose seals and other issues.
4. After the base panel is connected, proceed to join the wall panel and base panel. The bolt connection starts by placing the code on one side of the water tank's base panel. After placing the codes on all four sides, adjust the flanges for connection. The relative angles of the dimensions are generally below 2mm, and they must be straight. The corners require a 90-degree connection between the base and the wall.
5. After the bottom of the tank is sealed to the wall with bolts and gaskets, it is then connected to the top and the wall, with the edges requiring a basically level straight line. According to customer specifications, the manhole of the tank is connected at the designated location, usually installed near the float ball of the inlet opening.
6. After the water tank is sealed, proceed to open the inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, fire hydrant, and install the ladder near the manhole.
