Underground integrated pump station assembly construction plan: 1. The composite BDF module utilizes 3mm hot-dip galvanized steel plate and 0.4mm 304/2B food-grade stainless steel plate, which are compressed and bonded together by equipment to achieve a tight fit, thereby meeting the requirements of steel plate strength and stainless steel corrosion resistance. 2. After compression forming, the modules are punch-formed to meet the standard assembly requirements. 3. On-site assembly involves using 10# national standard hot-dip treated channel steel, with beams spaced 1 meter apart. 4. Assembly is carried out according to the drawings and technical specifications, using Φ10*30 hot-dip galvanized screws and environmentally friendly, waterproof, and anti-aging rubber strips. After the water tank is assembled, reinforcing bars and top posts are installed. Reinforcing bars are Φ48 hot-dip galvanized and installed at a 1-meter spacing in both directions. Top posts are Φ48 hot-dip galvanized pipes, evenly distributed with four per square meter, and sealed. 5. The pump station is installed with the pump house and exterior screws, with the interior reinforced using 12# I-beams for excellent pressure-bearing results. After installation, a check and acceptance are performed to ensure all are securely fastened without any omissions. 6. All remaining accessories and debris inside the water tank are cleaned. 7. Cover the soil and prepare the site for further work.
