Many customers ask me about the regulations for integrated precast pump station control cabinets. The electrical performance of the control cabinets should comply with the following specifications:
The temperature rise of each component of the control cabinet shall comply with the current national standard "Electrical Control Equipment" GB/T 3797.
2. The electrical clearances and creepage distances between energized circuits in the control cabinet, as well as between energized components or grounded components, shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Electrical Control Equipment" GB/T 3797.
3. Insulation resistance values measured between live circuit sections within the equipment, as well as between live circuits and conductive components, must be at least 1000Ω/V as per the rated voltage.
4. Dielectric strength shall comply with the current national standard for "Electrical Control Equipment," GB/T 3797.
5. The metal cabinet of the safety grounding protection control cabinet should have a reliable grounding protection.
