The gate operation of the switchgear is simple, allowing for both on-site and remote control. The gate series is safe, structurally sound, performs exceptionally well, and the discharge volume meets national standards, with convenient debugging and protection; the switchgear is sensitive, durable, and boasts the best sealing performance, with a high degree of automation.
The gate valves for opening and closing are widely used in water conservancy and hydropower projects, river regulation projects, various water supply and drainage projects, and urban sewage treatment projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, selection valves, sludge valves, and maintenance doors, all of which have received approval from the Ministry of Water Conservancy and the quality inspection department. Operators of the opening and closing machines must be familiar with the structure, performance, and operation methods of the machines, and possess some mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Before operation, a comprehensive inspection of the opening and closing machine is required, checking the lubrication condition of each part and whether any bolts are loose.
When the gate operator is in use, operators must remain on-site and immediately stop the machine upon discovering any issues. When repairing the machine, it is necessary to remove the load. During operation, oil should be continuously added through the oiling holes, ensuring a sufficient supply of lubricating oil. The screw should be regularly cleaned of oil residue and coated with fresh oil to prevent rust.
