The EEIOT_CBMS Building Energy Consumption Monitoring System is a specialized solution for intelligent buildings to achieve green energy management and itemized energy consumption measurement. It is a new-generation building energy consumption monitoring and building energy management system software developed based on the J2EE enterprise-level architecture, utilizing the EIOT Internet of Things management platform's basic framework. It includes basic energy consumption monitoring, energy-saving supervision, and seamless integration with mechanical and electrical BMS building SCADA systems. It is an independently developed distributed real-time online energy consumption monitoring, metering, and energy efficiency management system by our company. The system employs the B/S architecture, offering network remote access and maintenance support. Energy management departments or energy-consuming units log in to the system using a browser and assigned accounts. They manage the basic information and energy consumption structure of energy-consuming units, conduct various analyses and statistics; energy-consuming units can query their real-time and historical energy consumption data, classified and itemized energy consumption data, average energy consumption data of energy-consuming units, and various important energy consumption indicators, among other information. The CBMS Building Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform is a web-based software developed using a full B/S structure. It includes real-time energy consumption monitoring, categorized and itemized metering, data reporting, energy audit disclosures, etc., in accordance with the national public building energy consumption monitoring technical guidelines and classification and itemized metering transmission protocols. It is also expandable to include high-voltage power monitoring and central air conditioning monitoring. 1. Real-time Data Monitoring: Underlying collection equipment enables second-level data transmission, ensuring real-time online data transfer. The collection devices feature rich on-site transmission strategies, capable of both wired and wireless transmission for different scenarios.
