The Original Status of the Air Compressor: The air compressor was originally equipped with an air-cooling system, utilizing a built-in fan to address high temperatures. The excess heat from the compressor was expelled through exhaust ducts, with no utilization and resulting in energy waste.
Employees' Bathhouse Status: Originally, nearly 1,000 employees bathed using boiler and electric heating, with an annual total cost exceeding 1.2 million.
After改造: The XBZD250-KY2 type waste heat double plate heat exchanger unit is selected. The air compressor can produce approximately 70 tons of 60-degree hot water per day in summer and around 60 tons in winter. This solves the heat dissipation issue of the air compressor while also utilizing the heat exchange principle to generate free hot water. The hot water is then circulated through pipes to the dormitory water tank for storage, serving as bathing water for employees.
Operation Status: Since the transformation, the unit has been running safely without any issues, requiring no manual management. It operates fully automatically with dual automatic control of oil and water temperatures. Apart from the circulating water pump, which consumes electricity, the rest operates with minimal energy consumption, truly achieving a low-carbon, environmental-friendly, and energy-saving effect.
Economic Benefits: The actual value generated can reach 2 million yuan per year, and based on the current state of the project, at least 1.2 million yuan in economic savings can be achieved annually.
Payback Period: The payback period is approximately 4 months.
