Project Details: Retrofitting a 132kw air compressor within the existing air compressor system with an intelligent variable frequency energy-saving system. This achieves constant pressure gas supply while also achieving the goals of energy conservation and cost reduction.

Established on July 3, 2008, in Donggang District, Rizhao City, our company has been providing customers with excellent products, technical support, and comprehensive after-sales service for 11 years. We specialize in industrial equipment R&D, promotion, sales, and the distribution of hardware, electrical components, air compressors, cables, hand and electric tools, household appliances, instruments, building materials, safety supplies, rubber and plastic products, agricultural products, packaging materials, metal products, and small packaged lubricants. We also offer sales, installation, and maintenance services for machinery and equipment, purification equipment, curtain wall projects, landscaping, and pipeline engineering.

The Compressed Air Station Group Control Linkage Constant Pressure Supply Gas Energy Saving Control System consists of an on-site control layer and a remote management control layer. The on-site control layer includes a PLC group control management control cabinet, and the remote management control layer is an industrial control computer monitoring terminal. For pipelines with large pressure fluctuations and high power frequency operation losses, the on-site configuration of the air compressor includes a variable frequency constant pressure energy-saving control system to achieve stable gas supply pressure and energy-saving and consumption reduction. The on-site control layer communicates with the compressor (or variable frequency constant pressure control system) via a data bus, and the on-site control layer communicates with the remote management control layer via an Ethernet connection. The on-site control layer and remote management control layer have three operating control modes for compressors, dryers, and cooling water valves: single machine, linkage, and cut operation. The operating control mode can be reconfigured at any time. Control requirements: The system detects changes in system pressure in real-time through pressure transmitters installed on the main air pipeline or air storage tank, compares them with set values, and makes corresponding control decisions based on the judgment. On-site control layer and remote management control layer operational monitoring requirements: The main operating interface clearly displays the network structure and control equipment of the entire control system, as well as the current operating status; graphic working interfaces are created based on the user's actual workflow, making the images vivid and intuitive. Real-time and historical trend curves can be generated. Safety control: The control system's power failure does not affect the operating status of the air compressor, meaning all air compressors will maintain their current state; an operation with permission levels is implemented, with important operations requiring input of the corresponding password. The variable frequency constant pressure energy-saving system controls the air compressor's soft start-up, soft stop, and constant pressure regulation operation without load.

The variable frequency system features an AC bypass circuit, allowing for immediate restoration of the original operating state of the air compressor.

Compressor functions such as start, stop, loading, unloading, acceleration, deceleration, rotation, timing, or alarm. Automatic control of dryer start, stop, and cooling water valve open/close functions.

When the actual pressure falls below the set lower limit, the system sequentially activates the standby compressors, increases the gas supply, raises the system pressure, and maintains the stable operation of compressed air.

When the actual pressure exceeds the set upper limit, the system automatically shuts down the running compressors sequentially, reducing the gas supply, and thereby lowering the system pressure to maintain stability. If the continuous unloading of the compressors exceeds a certain duration, the system automatically stops the compressor operation, thereby saving energy consumption.

Faults or alarms cause the compressor to automatically disengage from the联动 operation, without affecting the automatic operation of other compressors.

No matter the compressor's operating mode, local control of the compressor can be switched.
