Project Details: Utilizing the waste heat from air compressors to reform hot water for the bathing needs of 1,600 employees, resulting in an annual energy cost saving of 1.7 million yuan.

Tianeng Battery, a product developed by Tianeng Group, was established in 1986 and is located in Changxing, Zhejiang, at the heart of the Yangtze River Delta, known as the "China Green Power Energy Center." The company specializes in the manufacturing of eco-friendly electric vehicle power batteries and integrates the research, development, production, and sales of new energy technologies such as nickel-hydrogen, lithium-ion batteries, wind and solar energy storage batteries, as well as the recycling and reuse of lead resources. Tianeng is a green power energy manufacturer.

Original Air Compressor Operating Status: The original air compressor utilized air-cooling, which was addressed by an air compressor-mounted fan to mitigate high temperatures and energy waste.

Original Employee Bathing Water Status: Approximately 1,600 employees use boiler and electric heating for bathing, with the total annual cost reaching over 1.5 million.

Post-renovation status: Four units of XBZD-KY2 type waste heat double-plate heat exchanger systems have been installed. Running 24/7, the air compressors can produce around 80 tons of 55-degree hot water in summer and about 65 tons of 60-degree hot water in winter, solving the heat dissipation issue of the air compressors. Simultaneously, the heat exchange principle is utilized to generate free hot water for employee showers.

Operation Status: Fully automated program control operates with bidirectional automatic control of oil and water temperatures. Apart from the circulating water pump, which consumes electricity, the rest is essentially energy-efficient with minimal energy consumption, truly achieving low-carbon, environmental protection, and energy-saving effects.

Economic Benefits: Under the current operational status, it fully meets the hot water needs for around 1,600 people for bathing. The actual value generated can reach 3 million yuan per year, and based on the current project status, it can save at least 1.7 million yuan in economic benefits annually.

Payback Period: The payback period is approximately 7 months.
