The steel and round decorative perforated metal mesh panels widely used in metal grating are different in material. They primarily exhibit the following points:
The decorative perforated steel plate is also made by the method of heating and soaking in water, but after it is extracted, its temperature is immediately increased to approximately 500 degrees, causing it to form a reticulated pattern of zinc and iron holes. The zinc-coated plate possesses excellent adhesion and welding properties.
2. Place the decorative perforated sheet, made of extremely thin steel, into a槽 filled with dissolved zinc and immerse it in water to allow a layer of zinc to adhere to its surface. Nowadays, the common practice for production is to use adjacent galvanizing, which involves continuously immersing a large number of steel sheets into a槽 of molten zinc to create galvanized steel sheets.
3. These galvanized steel plates, produced by electroplating, possess excellent workable properties. However, their coating is relatively thin, and their anti-corrosion function is still better when made using a different method.
4. Single-sided galvanized steel plates, which are zinc-coated on only one side, are more suitable for processes such as welding, painting, and anti-rust treatments and processing compared to double-sided galvanized plates.
