Vacuum dryers are capable of drying low-temperature heat-sensitive substances, such as enzymes. The entire operation is conducted under vacuum conditions. Wet materials are added to a quantitative charger and uniformly placed into the dryer for drying through a continuous lock, before being discharged through the exhaust port at the bottom of the dryer. The moisture released from the material is recovered through a condenser and solvent receiver.

Key Features of Vacuum Dryers

1. Efficient conventional vacuum dryers require steam heating, which heats from the inside out. A slower heating rate consumes a large amount of coal. Microwave vacuum drying equipment uses electromagnetic waves for heating, eliminating the need for a heat transfer medium. It heats directly to the object's interior, resulting in a faster heating process, higher efficiency, significantly shorter drying cycles, and reduced energy consumption.

Uniform heating, due to microwave heating that simultaneously heats the material from both inside and out, results in a smaller temperature difference between the inside and outside. This eliminates the uneven heating typically encountered during conventional heating, thereby enhancing the expansion effect and aiding in the crushing process, significantly improving quality.

3. Facilitates continuous production and automation with rapid microwave power adjustment, free of inertia characteristics, allowing for immediate control. Temperature can be adjusted at will between 40~80 degrees.

4. Compact in size, easy to install and maintain, and requires minimal space.

5. Our product quality is exceptional, significantly enhancing the shelf life of food, preserving its original flavor and nutritional value, maintaining the physiological activity of raw materials, boosting the functionality of food, and increasing the added value of agricultural products. Compared to conventional methods, the quality of our processed products has seen a substantial improvement.

6. Disinfectant and bactericidal properties, with a focus on product safety and hygiene, offering a long shelf life.

7. Continuous feeding and discharging under vacuum conditions are achieved, with the feeding amount adjustable as needed.

Vacuum dryers are gaining widespread application, and many users have developed a fondness for them, as evidenced by this trend! In actual production, operators must reset and modify the process parameters for each production run, ensuring that the same product does not always use the same process parameters, let alone traceability.

Vacuum dryers, operating under low pressure, have low oxygen content during the drying process, which prevents oxidation and deterioration of the dried materials, and guards against the risks of drying, flammability, and explosiveness. Evaporating moisture from materials at low temperatures is suitable for heat-sensitive substances. They can recover valuable and useful components from the dried materials, prevent the emission of toxic and harmful substances, and can be considered an environmentally friendly "green" drying method. Therefore, the application of vacuum dryers is becoming increasingly widespread.

Therefore, there is great potential for the development of vacuum dryers. This concludes the introduction to dryers.
