The operation of the shutter door should be flexible, reliable, and convenient.Pneumatic damper doorThe electric damper flaps will come with a remote control and an operator for local manual operation, as well as a local-mounted flap position indicator, unless otherwise stated.
Each damper operation should be flexible, convenient, and reliable. The actuator of the electric damper door should be capable of both local and remote operation, with the damper door position and open/close status feedback integrated into the PLC control system.
Electromagnetic Sliding Door、Pneumatic butterfly doorThe actuator should be equipped with position locating switches at both ends, two-way rotation switches from Taizhou Blue Sky Machinery Co., Ltd., an emergency handwheel, and a mechanical interlock for maintenance. The protective rating of all local control devices and measuring equipment should be at least IP56, and capable of preventing dust entry.
Paddle Door Actuator (Electrical Actuator)
The stainless steel damper should be equipped with an electric actuator for remote control and on-site manual operation, with the smoke inlet and outlet damper doors being of a switch type.
The electric actuator should be designed with an integrated structure to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of its working environment, with a minimum protection level of IEC standard IP55, including the motor and junction box. The operating frequency range of the electric actuator motor is ±5% of the normal range, and the voltage range is +10% to -10% of the normal voltage. If the voltage drops to 85% of the normal value and the torque and axial pressure are normal, the motor of the actuator can also be started.
The actuator can be manually operated locally via a handwheel and an air-operated butterfly valve. An in-place position indicator is mounted on the actuator, which can be clearly observed from the ground.
All actuators are equipped with a complete set of on-site devices, featuring terminal blocks or sockets connected to power cables and control cables. These connectors should be manufactured in accordance with IEC 309 or equivalent standards.
