The double-layer louvered damper for flue gas desulfurization is designed for use in the inlet and outlet or bypass flue gas ducts of the desulfurization system's absorption tower, or in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The dampers typically feature a double-layer louvered damper structure, which, when closed, introduces a seal between the double layers to effectively cutoff flue gas flow.

The company has adopted a single-axis-driven double-blade shutter damper structure. The double-layer blades are designed with a sealed chamber in the middle to allow the introduction of sealed air at a pressure higher than that of the flue gas by 500Pa. This creates a sealed air layer between the double dampers, reducing the flow of flue gas.

Section 6: Desulphurization Damper Door Description
The air door is designed and manufactured using Q235 outer material with a 316L inner layer due to the corrosiveness of sulfur dioxide inside the air duct, offering features such as heat and corrosion resistance.
2. To prevent warping of the air door panel at high temperatures, reinforced ribs are placed between the double-layer panels. The single-layer panel thickness is 5mm, and the total thickness of the air door is 600mm. The shaft head, shaft liner, sleeve, and shaft are all made from several different corrosion-resistant materials.
The electric device is integrated with the wind door shaft, forming a seamless connection. The air leakage rate is less than 0.1% when closed.

The distribution cabinet is equipped with a DCS interface, achieving automated operation.
