The electrically adjustable air damper is one of the key equipment in the flue and air duct systems of thermal power plant boiler units. It is used to regulate the flow rate of media within the flue and air duct systems, achieving the purpose of flow rate adjustment through different opening positions within a 90° rotation of the damper plate, utilizing varying media flow rates. The electrically adjustable air dampers produced by our company, Huayue Pipe Equipment Co., Ltd., are sealed with gaskets made from the same material as the valve body and are powered by electricity or pneumatics. The applicable temperature is determined by the material selected for the valve body, with a nominal pressure of ≤0.6 MPa. They are generally used for ventilation and flow rate regulation purposes in industrial, metallurgical, and environmental protection pipelines.

The electrically adjustable air gate baffle blades rotate within a 90° angle travel range, with the full stroke opening and closing time typically ≤50S.
4. The shroud blades are designed with an aerofoil structure, offering high rigidity, strength, and low resistance.
5. The wind door structure is adjusted to a louver-style baffle structure, with an external design featuring a linkage mechanism that allows multiple blades to open or close simultaneously.
Multiple paddle blades rotate in an "8" shape, opening or closing in opposite directions, with the opening and flow rate linearly adjustable.
7. The driving method of the regulating damper is typically electric. The electric valve actuators are installed in two ways with the damper: direct connection and crank bracket (on-site or remote).
8. Adjust the connection between the air gate and the pipeline: three types of connections available, including flange and bolt connections; flanged welding connections; or direct insertion welding of the pipeline.
