This system can remotely control the oil supply quantity at each lubrication point through a PLC, and real-time monitor the oil supply status. In case of blockage, it can accurately display the fault location and trigger an alarm.
3. Wu'an Iron and Steel Group Corporation's beneficiation plant has introduced an open gear intelligent jet lubrication system in its ball mill workshop. The system combines a human-machine interface with a PLC, real-time monitoring the lubrication status. The control system handles oil supply, intervals, and air supply timing. However, the centralized lubrication systems developed domestically are based on the existing centralized lubrication equipment, with only a portion of electrical control equipment added. The mechanical part of the original lubrication equipment remains largely unchanged. As a result, some of the drawbacks of the original centralized lubrication system cannot be fundamentally resolved.
