Design and Production

Our company actively solicits the client's opinions throughout the design and production stages of equipment processing, especially when arranging the horizontal and vertical layouts, taking full consideration of the client's site and utility conditions to ensure equipment quality.

2. Installation and debugging

Upon arrival at the buyer's factory, our company will send a dedicated technical team to guide the installation and ensure the equipment is debugged and operational.

3. Quality Assurance

Our equipment comes with a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, we cover free repairs for damages caused by non-human factors. For damages due to human factors, we will promptly repair the equipment and charge for the cost.

4. Maintenance and Warranty Terms

Equipment damage occurring after the warranty period expires, upon receiving the customer's notification, local enterprises will arrive at the site for repair within two days, while out-of-province enterprises will arrive within four days. Services provided after the warranty period are chargeable, with a labor fee charged for each service.
