New Type Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Board
Polyurethane composite boards are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely robust. Baosin's new fire-resistant mineral wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color-coated steel sheets or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling molding, the cut mineral wool/glass wool is flipped 90 degrees (with fibers perpendicular to the two steel sheets), and a highly strength, high-bonding, and fire-resistant adhesive is used to strongly bond the mineral wool/glass wool with the metal panels, forming aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panels. The panels after molding have excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, providing an excellent choice for industrial building envelope systems.

New Type Fireproof Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with thicknesses of 150mm and 200mm, both have fire resistance limits exceeding 240 minutes, as certified by the National Building Materials Testing Center.

Advantages of Baosin Polyurethane Edge Insulation Rock Wool Boards:
1). Thermal insulation - Reduces energy consumption by 70%
Baoxin polyurethane edged rock wool boards feature a smooth and flat surface, with precision finish achievable to 0.01cm. The design ensures the boards' airtightness and thermal insulation properties, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise and sound absorption
Rockwool is an ideal sound insulation material, with its large number of slender fibers forming a porous structure that determines its superior sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities. It has a sound insulation level over 30dB, effectively reducing interference from external noise.
A1 fire-resistant and flame-retardant
A1-rated thermal and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It does not elongate, contract, or deform in fires, effectively blocking the spread of flames, and does not release harmful substances or gases into the environment.
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof, Hydrophobic Rate up to 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellency rate over 98%, no pore penetration, and unique interlocking joints between boards prevent water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
