New Type Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Board
Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely durable. Baosin's new fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color steel coated steel plates or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the panels. After rolling molding, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (making the fibers perpendicular to the two layers of steel plates). Using a strong, highly adhesive, and fire-resistant adhesive, the rock wool/glass wool is strongly bonded to the metal panels, forming an aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building material. The shaped panels have excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection features, offering an ideal choice for industrial building cladding systems.

New Type Fireproof Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with thicknesses of 150mm and 200mm, both have fire resistance limits exceeding 240 minutes, as tested by the National Building Materials Testing Center.

Advantages of Baosin Polyurethane Edge Insulation Board:
Insulation and Heat Retention: Reduces energy consumption by 70%
Baoxin polyurethane edged rock wool boards offer a smooth and flat surface, with the precision of the board face controllable to 0.01cm. The design ensures the airtightness and thermal insulation properties of the boards, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise Reduction and Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal sound insulation material, with a porous structure formed by numerous fine, elongated fibers, making it an excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reduction material. It provides sound insulation over 30dB, effectively reducing external noise interference.
3). A1 fire-resistant and flame-retardant
A1-rated thermal and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It does not elongate, contract, or deform during fires, effectively blocking the spread of fire and does not release harmful environmental substances or gases.
Waterproof and moisture-proof; water-repellent rate reaches 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellency rate exceeding 98% and low water absorption, no pore penetration, and unique interlocking joints between boards prevent water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
