Roof Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin Composite Decking serves as a formwork during construction, bearing both construction loads and the weight of concrete. In use, it acts as the reinforcing mesh on the bottom surface. After the concrete reaches its strength, a combined effect is produced.

Robust concrete shear bonding: The special closed rib design offers excellent longitudinal shear performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed deck slab has never shown any slippage between the steel deck and concrete.

Once the concrete above the closed deck has been poured and the concrete has reached 75% of its design strength, the slot-type suspension system is permitted for installation and can then be utilized for hanging. Construction Steps

Axis Size: Verify that the axis size of the steel beam installation matches the layout drawing of the corrugated steel plate.
2. Beam Top Surface Treatment: Ensure that all lifting rings on the steel beam top are cut off and smoothed, and the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be thoroughly cleaned.
3. Alignment Lines: Based on the roof deck layout, mark the rib top surface with the patterned steel plate starting line and middle control line. The starting line should indicate the laying direction and the hoisting and binding number of the steel plate, and the middle control line can also serve as the starting line for section-by-section laying.
Two: Hoisting and Laying
1. Baosin steel deck should be installed according to the approved layout plan. When bundled steel plates are stacked on the structure, attention should be given to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin - Steel deck panels should be bundled and stacked, spanning across multiple steel beams. When placed between two beams individually, attention should be given to the width of the ends' supports to prevent tipping and potential accidents.
3. After the Baosin roof deck is hoisted into place, start from the extended starting line of the steel beam, align each panel sequentially in the laying direction, and adjust the board joints appropriately after reaching the control line.
4. Construction should be halted during strong winds. Unwrapped corrugated steel sheets should be re-tied immediately; otherwise, they may be blown away by the wind, leading to safety accidents or damage to the sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin Corrugated Steel Sheets should be immediately secured to the structural members using electric welding after positioning.
2. Any corrugated steel sheet that has been laid but not securely fastened may be blown away or slipped off, potentially causing an accident.
