Floor Decking Product Introduction
Baoxin floor deck serves as a formwork during construction, bearing construction loads and the weight of concrete. In use, it acts as the bottom reinforcement. After the concrete reaches its strength, a composite effect is produced.

Robust concrete shear bond: The special closed rib design ensures excellent longitudinal shear performance. Under its allowable design load, the closed deck slab has never shown any slip between the steel deck and concrete.

Construction Steps
One, Dimension Re-inspection and Tension Line
1. Axial Size: Recheck the axial size of the steel beam installation to ensure it matches the layout drawing of the corrugated steel sheet.
2. Beam Top Surface Treatment: Ensure that all lifting rings on the steel beam top have been cut off and smoothed, and that the rust, oil stains, and debris on the beam top surface should be cleaned thoroughly.
3. Location Lines: From the deck plate layout, locate the starting line and middle control line on the beam top surface for the corrugated steel sheet. The starting line should indicate the laying direction and the hoisting捆number of the steel sheet, and the middle control line can also serve as the starting line for segmented laying.
Two: Hoisting and Laying
1. Baosin-Deformed Steel Deck should be installed according to the approved layout drawing. When bundled corrugated steel sheets are stacked on the structure, attention should be given to the design support strength of the structural members to avoid exceeding their allowable load.
2. Baosin - Steel deck sheets should be bundled and stacked, spanning over multiple steel beams. When a single span is placed between two beams, attention should be given to the width of the support at both ends to prevent tipping and potential falling accidents.
3. After the Baosin roof deck is hoisted and positioned, start laying from the extended starting line of the steel beam, sequentially position each panel along the laying direction, and after reaching the control line, adjust the panel seams appropriately.
4. Construction should be halted during strong winds. Any unpacked corrugated steel sheets should be re-tied immediately; otherwise, the sheets may be blown away by strong winds, resulting in safety accidents or damage to the sheets.
III. Fixed
1. Baosin-pressed steel sheets should be immediately fixed to the structural members using electric welding after positioning.
2. Any laid but unfixed corrugated steel sheet may be blown away or slipped off by strong wind, causing accidents.
