New Rock Wool/Glass Wool Composite Board
Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely durable. Baosin's new fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color steel coated steel plates or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling forming, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (orienting the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates), and a strong, highly adhesive, and fire-resistant bonding agent is used to firmly bond the rock wool/glass wool with the metal panels, creating aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panels. The formed panels feature excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection characteristics, offering an excellent choice for industrial building envelope systems.

New Fire Retardant Rock Wool/Glass Wool Board Inspection Report (4-hour耐火时限)
The metal sandwich panels with 150mm and 200mm thicknesses, tested by the National Building Materials Testing Center, all exceed 240 minutes of fire resistance limit.

Advantages of Baosin Polyurethane Laminated Rockwool Boards:
Insulation and heat preservation, reducing energy consumption by 70%.
Baoxin polyurethane edge sealed rock wool board is smooth and flat, with the surface finish capable of being controlled to 0.01 cm. Its design ensures the board's airtightness and thermal insulation properties, capable of reducing energy consumption by 70%.
2). Noise Absorption and Reduction
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material, with a large number of thin, long fibers forming a porous structure that determines its excellent sound absorption and noise reduction capabilities, offering sound insulation over 30dB, effectively reducing external noise interference.
3). A1 fire-resistant and flame-retardant
A1-rated thermal insulation and flame-retardant material with a melting point above 1000 degrees. It does not elongate, contract, or deform during a fire, effectively blocking the spread of flames, and does not release harmful substances or gases to the environment.
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof; Hydrophobic Rate up to 98%
Water-repellent rock wool products with a water-repellency rate over 98%, no pore penetration, and unique interlocking joints between boards prevent water intrusion; the boards do not soften.
