Polyurethane composite panels are A-grade fire-resistant and extremely robust. Baosin's new fire-resistant rock wool/glass wool sandwich panels are made with two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision-pressed metal sheets as the facings. After rolling forming, the rock wool/glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees (with the fibers perpendicular to the two steel plates). Using a strong, high-adhesive, and high-fire-resistant adhesive, the rock wool/glass wool is firmly bonded to the metal panels, forming aesthetically pleasing, flat, and rigid building panels. The formed panels offer excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and environmental protection, providing an ideal choice for industrial building cladding systems.
