Main Structure and Working Principle

1. The machine is composed of components such as the frame, reduction and speed regulation transmission mechanism, dual heating units, sealing and printing mechanism, conveying equipment, and electrical and electronic control system.

2. Power on, all mechanisms begin to operate. Upon power supply, the electric heating elements heat up rapidly, raising the temperature of the upper and lower heating blocks and adjusting the control system to the desired temperature; the embossing roller starts to turn; the cooling system is activated as needed; the conveyor belt rotates and is adjusted to the desired speed by the speed control device.

3. As the packaged items are placed on the conveyor belt, the sealed portion of the bag is automatically fed into the running sealing belts and into the heating zone. The heat from the heating blocks is transferred to the sealed portion of the bag through the sealing belts, softening the film. It is then rolled and pressed by the embossing roller (or printing roller) to bond and compress the upper and lower plastic films, creating a mesh pattern (or printed logo). The sealed bag is then guided out of the machine by the rubber guide belt and the conveyor belt, completing the sealing process.
