【Sterilization Pot Introduction】
Structure: The sterilization pot consists of the pot body, lid, opening device, locking wedge, interlock mechanism, track, and several pipe openings. The lid is sealed with an airtight silicone rubber temperature-resistant sealing ring, ensuring reliable sealing and a long service life.
Features: Equipped with a pressure gauge and valve, attractive appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, and reliable performance.
Sterilization: The process of killing all microorganisms (including spores) in a given environment or item, rendering them permanently unable to grow and reproduce within a specific range, and achieving a sterile state. The purpose of sterilization is to make items "sterile." Sterilization can be categorized into bactericidal and bacteriolytic methods. Bactericidal refers to the inactivation of the bacterial body while the shape remains. Bacteriolytic refers to the dissolution and disappearance of the bacterial body after death.
【Safety Precautions When in Use】:
Before using the high-pressure sterilizer, fill the water to the water level line.
Two, place the sterile culture medium, culture packs, or other containers into the sterilization pot, close the lid, and check the status of the exhaust valve and valve.
Three, turn on the power, check if the parameter settings are correct, then press the "work" button, and the sterilization pot will begin operating; it will automatically exhaust cold air, and when the temperature reaches 105℃, the bottom exhaust valve will automatically close, and then the pressure will start to rise.
Four, when the pressure reaches 0.15MPa (121℃), the sterilization pot will automatically vent off steam and then start the timer.
After reaching the specified sterilization time, turn off the power, open the exhaust valve to slowly release the gas; only when the pressure gauge drops to 0.00MPa and there is no steam being exhausted from the exhaust valve, can the pot lid be opened.
Six, Cautionary Notes:
Do not open the pressure cooker before all the gas has been released.
2. If the sterilized culture medium is not removed from the pot in a timely manner, open the pot lid after all steam has been released; never leave the medium sealed in the pot overnight.
3. Do not vent too quickly when the pressure gauge needle is above 0.05 MPa to prevent the mycelium packages from being damaged.
4. During the operation, please be cautious to avoid burns.
