The Edible Fungus Sterilization Pot is a device designed for sterilizing various mushroom blocks and spawn. It can be used for sterilization according to high-temperature and high-pressure standards. The number of spawn bags that the sterilization pot can hold can be adjusted to meet requirements, and it completes processes such as heating, sterilization, and cooling. Currently, the edible fungus sterilization pot utilizes computerized automation control. The spawn bags are placed on a trolley and smoothly pushed into the tank for sterilization. After sterilization, the pot cools and the spawn is removed for planting.

1. The sterilizer features a pressure compensation, relief, exhaust, valve, pressure gauge pipe opening at the top, and is equipped with an insulation layer to effectively save energy.

2. The door opening method is: manual quick-opening design with a safety interlock device, which can meet the needs of rapid production while ensuring the personal safety of the operators.

3. Equipment sterilization temperature, pressure, and sterilization time can be set in segments and are controlled automatically, saving labor and reducing the risk of operator errors.


[Structural Features:]


This product's container body is made from Q345R specialized steel plates, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a longer service life, up to 3-5 times that of common plates.

2. The product uses an immersion electric heating tube for heating, consumes less electricity, and heats up quickly.

3. Various heating methods are available, such as liquefied gas, natural gas, coal stoves, etc., customized according to the user's specific needs.

4. The safety valve can automatically release excessive pressure when the steam pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa.


[Important Notes]:


Do not open the pressure cooker before all the gas has been released.

2. If the sterilized culture medium is not removed from the pot in a timely manner, the lid should be opened after all steam is released; never leave the medium sealed in the pot overnight.

3. Do not vent too quickly when the pressure gauge pointer is above 0.05 MPa to prevent damage to the mushroom packages.
