Floor Patching MortarThe function is to make the cement mortar more tightly bonded with the ground. The ground repair mortar is mixed at a ratio of 1:0.5 and then brushed onto the ground using tools like brooms, forming a bonding layer. The cement mortar should be laid after the cement mortar has been brushed. The mixing ratio of cement mortar to mortar is 1:2. The cement mortar should be well-mixed. After the cement mortar is fully laid, a long wooden stick is used to compact and level it, ensuring a tight bond with the substrate. The surface matte treatment and surface rolling are done in two stages. Initially, there is a slight water reversion as the floor repair mortar sets, leaving footprints when stepped on, but it does not sink. Once the cement surface is dry, it is polished using a trowel. From the corners to the large surface, apply pressure and polish vigorously. Before the floor repair mortar sets, use a trowel to flatten, compact, and polish any lines left from the initial polishing. Check the flatness with a straight edge as needed. After the surface layer has been cured for 24 hours, cover it with sawdust or other materials and water it to maintain moisture. The curing period should not be less than 7 days. People can only step on it when the compressive strength reaches 5Mpa. The leveling work with cement mortar should ensure a firm bond between the surface layer and the substrate without hollowing; the surface should be compacted and polished, without cracks, chipping, sanding, or other defects.
1. Groundwork Preparation: Prior to construction, the subgrade must be treated to ensure that any hollows, lumps, and other defects on the ground are repaired or eliminated. Additionally, the ground must be kept clean and free of construction obstructions. Moreover, the roots of finished wood products should be wrapped, and the roots of existing indoor facilities should be wrapped or sealed with materials.
2. Leveling Plastering Beads: The thickness of leveling should be determined based on the type, thickness, and finish standard line of the decorative materials laid on the ground. The thickness of the surface layer of plastering should generally not be less than 20mm, and the leveling control lines should be drawn on the wall. According to the leveling control lines, apply plastering beads around the walls. The size of the gypsum beads is generally 5x5cm, with horizontal and vertical spacing of 1.5-2.0m. The upper surface of the gypsum bead is the ground level. If the room is large, standard reinforcing steel must be applied. The mortar mix ratio of the plastering beads and standard reinforcing steel is the same as that of the plastered ground mortar.
3. Flooring Patching Mortar: The role of cement mortar is to make the connection between the mortar and the ground more compact. The cement slurry is mixed at a ratio of 1:0.5 and then brushed onto the ground using brooms and other tools to form a bonding layer.
4. Flooring Patching Mortar: After the cement mortar is brushed on, lay the cement mortar, ensuring the mortar is mixed with cement.
Cautionary Notes:
Construction environment temperatures range from -15℃ to 50℃, and raw materials must not be contaminated by moisture, rain, sunlight, or debris.
2. Minimize water usage while maintaining work efficiency. When handling materials by hand, ensure no mud escapes through the fingers.
3. No construction during rain or freezing weather. If work is necessary during winter, necessary frost prevention measures must be taken.
Mix immediately after blending. Do not blend excessive amounts of material at once; use up the mixture within 2-3 hours.
