All specialized equipment purchased, imported, installed, or technically upgraded must comply with national quality and technical supervision, safety and health regulation standards. Particularly, for the selection and procurement of cranes with high risk, prior approval from the safety and equipment departments is required.
The purchased cranes undergo a safety technical inspection by the local municipal quality and technical supervision department upon leaving the manufacturing plant. They are then randomly dispatched after obtaining the "Safety Technical Supervision Certificate for Cranes."
3. Installation units for lifting equipment must obtain a qualification certificate, and installation personnel must have operation and on-the-job certificates to engage in the installation of lifting equipment and report for review and record-keeping by the superior safety and equipment departments.
Before the crane is delivered for trial operation, the installation unit must first conduct self-inspection and fill out a self-inspection report. After the receiving unit pre-inspects and confirms its qualification (with complete records), the senior safety and equipment departments will inspect and approve it, at which point it can be put into trial operation.
5. Formal acceptance must be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the superior technical, safety, and equipment departments, as well as the "Three Simultaneity" management standards for labor protection.
6. Enhance the management of cranes. Strictly adhere to the various crane management systems and safety inspection protocols. Ensure regular inspections, maintenance, and care for cranes, promptly eliminating potential hazards, and keeping the cranes in optimal working condition at all times.
7. Enhance education and training for crane operators, strictly enforce safety operation procedures, and improve technical proficiency and emergency response capabilities.
