The water-fertilizer integrated machine dissolves fertilizer in water according to the regularity and quantity of water requirement for the fertilizer, and delivers it regularly and quantitatively to the soil area where the roots of the crops are concentrated, directly delivering water and nutrients to the crops. At the "right time," the system allows crops to drink when thirsty and eat when hungry; it also reduces water and fertilizer waste due to evaporation and runoff, significantly increasing water and fertilizer utilization efficiency.

Viewed from below ground, after the fertilizer dissolves, it enters the soil solution, and the nutrients near the plant roots are absorbed. The soil solution away from the roots has a higher concentration, which diffuses towards the plant roots, and the nutrients move with it, then absorbed by the plant. From above ground, when plants are exposed to sunlight, their leaf stomata open and transpire, leading to water loss. The roots need to continuously absorb water to replenish the water lost through leaf transpiration. Therefore, nutrients dissolved in water are transported to various parts of the plant along with the absorption and movement of water. The root is the foundation of the crops."Water is the 'legs' of fertilizer. Without 'legs,' the fertilizer can't 'walk into' the crops' mouths."

The integrated water and fertilizer machine is an agricultural water-saving technology that dissolves fertilizer in water through a pipeline irrigation system, simultaneously irrigating and fertilizing, providing timely and appropriate water and nutrient needs for crops, and achieving synchronized management of effective water and fertilizer use. Through controlled water supply pipelines, fertilization systems, compatibility, water conveyance pipes, and drip irrigation methods, it uniformly, regularly, and quantitatively infiltrates the root growth areas of crops, maintaining loose and suitable moisture levels in the soil's primary root system.

Based on the characteristics of different crop fertilizers, soil conditions, and soil nutrient content, we have designed water and fertilizer requirements for various growth stages and provide them directly to the crops in the appropriate quantities and at the right times. The intelligent water and fertilizer integrated management system facilitates and efficiently achieves the automation of comprehensive water and fertilizer management, thereby gaining recognition and popularity among agricultural professionals. It is crucial to manage the combination of water and fertilizer well. What should be considered when using an intelligent water and fertilizer integrated machine?

Fertilizer Solubility: The small irrigation channels in integrated water and fertilizer systems are prone to clogging. Generally, compound fertilizers contain a large amount of insoluble nutrients and impurities, which easily block the filtration system. Therefore, it is recommended to combine water and fertilizer use with high solubility. Fertilizer Formulation: Different crops require different amounts of fertilizer. Even in different growth stages of the same crop, different quantities of the same elements are needed. Thus, we must match the nutrient elements based on the actual needs of the crop at each growth stage.

Secondary dissolution of water-soluble fertilizers: Although the dissolution rate of water-soluble fertilizers is high, the dissolution speed is low. Therefore, during the dissolution process, constant stirring is required to accelerate the dissolution rate. Water-soluble fertilizers can directly enter or not dissolve completely. Some may think that a larger tank volume allows for dissolution. However, the bottom of the tank is usually covered with a layer of white sediment. It is recommended to dissolve the water-soluble fertilizer in a container before pouring it into the tank.
