Liquid Filling Machine Principle: The magnetic pump, also known as a magnetic drive pump, is mainly composed of several parts, including the pump head, magnetic drive unit (magnetic cylinder), motor, and base. The magnetic drive unit consists of an external magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic隔磁 sleeve. As the motor rotates the external magnetic rotor through a coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate through air gaps and non-magnetic隔磁 sleeves, causing the internal magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, completing the contactless synchronous transmission of power. This converts the slightly leaky dynamic seal structure into a zero-leakage static seal structure.
