The sand-making production line, also known as the sand production line, is primarily composed of jaw crushers, impact crushers, vibrating screens, sand washing machines, and belt conveyors. According to different process requirements, suitable models of equipment are configured to unleash their true performance.
Requirements for Sand Production Line Site:
Ensure appropriate transportation conditions:Highway transportation should facilitate connection with national highway routes, while waterway transportation should allow for the use of existing docks or selection of suitable locations for new docks if necessary. The sand production line site should generally be close to the quarry and the material application site.
The project should have favorable engineering geological conditions. It is advisable to avoid constructing sites on fault lines, landslides, or flood zones. One should steer clear of bad locations such as sinkholes, mudflats, humus soil, ancient wells, or areas with cultural heritage protection. The soil bearing capacity generally requires not less than 200 kN/m². It is not recommended to establish factories in regions prone to frequent earthquakes or in areas with secondary or higher collapsible loess layers.
III. Adhere to the principle of land conservation:Whether constructing on slopes or on flatlands, the prerequisites for production are to occupy as little land as possible, particularly to minimize or avoid occupying prime land.
Sand production line water supply conditions:Under the premise of ensuring water quality and quantity meet production and living needs, the site should be as close to the water source as possible, while ensuring it does not compete with agriculture for water.
To minimize transportation costs, strive to achieve gravity or semi-gravity conveyance whenever possible, and be cautious to prevent waste from causing harm or pollution to the environment, rivers, agricultural, pastoral, fishery production, and residential areas.
Sand Production Line Water Supply Conditions:Power supply conditions: Achieving a breakthrough in the rough processing of sand production lines in stone materials. It is even better to have a reliable power source and try to shorten the transmission lines. Wherever conditions allow, the power grid should be utilized to the fullest to avoid the need to build a power plant, which would increase investment and operational management costs.
