The liquid filling machine process typically involves: boxes filled with empty bottles are stacked on trays, transported by conveyor belts to an unloading tray machine, where trays are unloaded one by one. The boxes continue along the conveyor belt to the unboxing machine, where empty bottles are extracted. The empty boxes are then sent to the washing machine via the conveyor belt, cleaned, and delivered to the boxing machine. Empty bottles retrieved from the unboxing machine are conveyed to the washing machine for disinfection and cleaning. After passing through the bottle inspection machine, they meet cleanliness standards and proceed to the filling and capping machines. Beverages are filled into bottles by the filling machine. Bottles with filled drinks are capped by the capping machine, then sent to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, they are sent to the boxing machine to be loaded into boxes and finally transported to the tray stacking machine, where they are stacked on trays and sent to the warehouse.
