In general, there are two types of valves for sweepers: the main valve and the auxiliary valve. The auxiliary valve derives its function from a separate power source on the chassis, serving as an auxiliary power source.
The auxiliary equipment commonly used with sweepers includes Chaochai, Jiangling, and Cummins. The main valve primarily controls the cab tilting and the hydraulic switches at the rear of the chassis, while the auxiliary valve is responsible for operating the four floor brushes and vacuum cups on the sweeper.

The sweeping vehicle's system configuration is quite scientific and reasonable, primarily concerning the arrangement of the engine, pump, cab, and sweeping structure. Generally, the engine is directly connected to the pump. From the perspective of the hydraulic system design, two pumps need to be connected in series after the main pump. By utilizing the engine effectively in the chassis space, this scientific layout ensures a relatively independent and comfortable cab space. The cab is not restricted by the engine, resulting in lower noise levels, extended lifespan of critical equipment components, and reduced failure rates.
Tunnel Cleaning Vehicle Maintenance Precautions:
1. The distance of the suction cup from the ground should be adjusted according to road conditions.
2. Adjust the sweeper's speed accordingly.
3. Dust in the dustbin of sweeping vehicles should be handled manually in a timely manner.
4. Sanitation workers must regularly inspect the functionality of the components.
To prevent foreign matter in hydraulic oil from affecting the normal operation of solenoid valves, sanitation workers should regularly inspect whether the hydraulic oil is in good condition.
