Operation Principle: The auxiliary engine drives the hydraulic oil pump and fan. The hydraulic oil pump controls the extension, elevation, and rotation of the left and right sweeping disks. The sweeping disks collect waste from both sides and direct it beneath the sweeping vehicle and in front of the nozzle. The fan generates a high-speed airflow through the waste bin, tube, and nozzle, drawing the waste into the nozzle and into the bin. The undercarriage engine propels the sweeping vehicle forward, continuously feeding waste in front of the nozzle into the nozzle and then into the bin, thereby achieving road cleaning.
Sweeping: While the sweeping vehicle's sweeping mechanism is in operation, the auxiliary engine drives a high-pressure water pump equipped with a clutch. The high-pressure water pump pressurizes clean water from the fresh water tank and delivers it through high-pressure pipelines to the nozzles on the water jet rods and the left and right water jet rods. Multiple stainless steel fan-shaped nozzles are mounted on each spray rod, creating a U-shaped water curtain with a total width of no less than 3.5 meters, which directly washes the road surface. The water from the washed road is then suctioned back into the垃圾箱, achieving road sweeping. Curbing and curbstone washing: Utilizing the left or right side brush of the sweep disk, the curbstone cleaning nozzles on the left or right spray rod, and selecting the left or right sweeping mode, you can wash the left or right curbs and curbstone facades. Rear misting: Below the rear waste bin of the sweeping vehicle, there is a misting rod with multiple misting nozzles. By starting the auxiliary engine and the high-pressure water pump, turning on the rear misting switch, and advancing the undercarriage vehicle, dust suppression misting can be performed. Low-pressure washing: Utilizing the low pressure and high flow rate of the centrifugal pump to wash the road surface, suitable for use as a sprinkler truck.
