1. If the brush does not rotate, check for any strings wrapped around the brush of the floor vacuum cleaner, or any mud blocks that may have solidified on the brush, and clean the brush promptly; if the brush pressure is too low, the brush motor will overload and fail to rotate. Therefore, always pay attention to the brush's condition during operation.
2. No water spray required; inspect for dust clogs in the nozzle or debris in the water pipes, and clear them promptly. If no issues are found, check for any damage to the mercury in the water or the solenoid valve; replace immediately if damaged.
3. Poor vacuuming performance. Check if there is too much dust in the filter core, which may lead to inadequate vacuuming. Clean the filter core promptly. Vibrate the dust outside the filter core periodically during operation. If there are puddles on the road, do not turn on the fan to prevent water from entering the filter core.
4. Poor sweeping performance: The brush of the sweeper is not properly contacting the ground in terms of height and angle; adjustments should be made promptly. Incorrectly selected disk rotation speed; choose anew.
