Preventative measures first, with early inspections.
Our modular greenhouse structures are primarily divided into two types: film-covered and glass/sun panel-covered. The film-covered ones are secured using slots and springs to hold the film in place, while glass or sun panels are fixed with aluminum alloy profiles. Therefore, we need to closely inspect for any loose slots or aluminum alloy profiles, and also check for any breaks in our pressure film. Any damage should be replaced promptly.
Stay vigilant about weather conditions and promptly shut off the greenhouse.
Our greenhouse management staff needs to keep a close eye on weather conditions and, in windy weather, shut off our ventilation flaps early to prevent strong winds from blowing into the greenhouse and causing damage. Not only could this harm our covering materials or internal systems, but it could also freeze our seedlings. In case of wind damage, it is advisable to install diagonal cables and ground anchors early on to strengthen the connection between the greenhouse frame and the ground for added stability.
