Product Overview:

The EIP/JBW-300B pendulum impact tester is a new generation of high-tech testing equipment developed in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of pendulum impact testers." It conducts impact tests on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-1994 "Metal夏比notched impact test method." This machine can achieve two levels of impact energy—300J and 150J—by replacing the pendulum. The specimen cross-section is 10×10mm. It is mainly used for testing the impact toughness of black metals, especially steel and its alloys.

The test principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the potential energy before and after the pendulum impact, thus obtaining the absorbed work of the tested sample. The equipment can be operated either manually with a control box or automatically by a computer, offering simple operation and high efficiency. It can automatically swing up after the pendulum breaks the sample, with the remaining energy. Test results can be saved and printed. Its superiority is particularly evident when conducting continuous impact tests on samples.
