Product Overview:
The 100-ton prestressed steel bar testing machine utilizes a lower-located cylinder double-space structure, featuring: the space between the upper and middle beams for tensile testing, primarily conducting tensile tests on the specimens; and the space between the worktable and middle beam for compression testing, enabling compression, bending, and shearing tests on the specimens. Both the tensile and compression spaces can be automatically adjusted by rotating the screw to move the middle beam up and down.
This prestressed steel bar testing machine is primarily used for tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests on metallic materials. Equipped with appropriate fixtures, it can also be used for tensile, compression, bending, shear, and flexural strength tests on other types of specimens.
A closed-loop servo control system consisting of a controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer can automatically and accurately control the testing process, as well as automatically measure test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.
The testing machine can perform tests with constant rate of force, deformation, and displacement, and can achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in a single test, with smooth transitions between each control.
Test parameters are collected and processed by computer, enabling automatic control of the testing process and the automatic calculation of test results. The computer screen displays the test curve and results in real-time, and test reports and curves can be printed.
