I. Product Overview

The WAW-600B Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine is a general-purpose hydraulic universal testing machine powered by a hydraulic power source and featuring electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data collection and processing. It is a high-precision material testing equipment capable of closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: the main testing machine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control display system, and test fixture. The maximum testing force is 600kN, and the accuracy grade of the testing machine is 1.

2. The testing machine is a versatile product featuring a dual-testing space structure. The space between the upper and lower beams is designed for tensile testing, while the space between the lower beam and the testing platform is for compressive testing. The testing space automatically adjusts by moving the lower beam up and down, powered by a chain wheel and screw. Both upper and lower beams are equipped with externally mounted hydraulic-controlled wedge-shaped clamping jaws. Standard models come with V-shaped and flat blocks for gripping round and flat specimens for tensile tests; the lower beam of the standard model is fitted with an upper pressure plate, and the testing platform features a lower pressure plate, allowing direct compression tests on metals and rubbers.

The testing machine should have a clearance of at least 0.7m around it, with a clean, dust-free working environment.
