Product Overview:

The 100-ton tensile testing machine for casting parts features a bottom-mounted oil cylinder with a dual-space structure. In this design: the space between the upper and middle beams is the tensile area, primarily used for tensile tests on the samples; the space between the worktable and middle beam is the compression area, enabling compression, bending, and shear tests on the samples. Both the tensile and compression spaces can be automatically adjusted by rotating the lead screw to move the middle beam up and down.

The 100-ton tensile testing machine for casting parts is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, and shearing tests on metallic materials. Equipped with corresponding fixtures, it can also be used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, and flexural strength tests on other types of specimens.

A closed-loop servo control system consisting of a controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer can automatically and accurately control the testing process, as well as automatically measure test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.

The testing machine can perform tests with constant rate force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in a single test, allowing for smooth transitions between each control.

Test parameters are collected and processed by computer, enabling automatic control of the test process and calculation of test results. The computer screen displays real-time test curves and results, and allows for printing test reports and curves.
