Natural Gas Online Calorific Value Analyzer Instrument Description:
The Natural Gas Online Calorimeter Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is designed to analyze the composition content of coal gas, biogas, liquefied gas, liquefied mixed air, and gas blends, and quickly provide characteristic indices such as high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, specific gravity, and combustion potential for different types of gas. It is widely applicable in industries such as gas appliance manufacturing, gas metering and testing departments, research and development, environmental protection, and gas distribution.
1. The equipment conforms to GB/T13610-2003 "Gas Chromatographic Method for Composition Analysis of Natural Gas"
2. Equipment and instruments comply with SH/T0230-92 "Method for Determination of Composition of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Gas Chromatography)"
3. The equipment is suitable for analyzing the composition of gas, liquefied gas, and mixed air of liquefied gas, as well as for the composition analysis of various gases prepared from hydrogen, nitrogen, methane (or propane; liquefied gas) as raw gases (optional).
4. After a single sample analysis, the equipment can report the measured gas component content, high calorific value, low calorific value, and other characteristic indices through a unique custom report. Natural Gas Online Calorific Value Analyzer Features:
The SP-7890 analyzer features high electronic circuit integration, excellent reliability, and simple operation. It ensures consistent and dependable instrument quality, capable of long-term continuous operation. This not only guarantees work efficiency but also saves on maintenance costs. It automatically remembers operating parameters, eliminating the need to reset upon startup.
2. The SP-7890 analyzer is equipped with a shutdown protection system to prevent instrument damage caused by incorrect operation.
3. The gas circuit system of the SP-7890 analyzer utilizes a high-precision valve structure, significantly enhancing the stability of the instrument's gas flow rate, thereby yielding analysis results with excellent reproducibility.
4. The SP-7890 analyzer features analog signal output, which allows for easy connection with chromatography data processors and chromatography workstations.
