In the current organic fertilizer industry, fermentation tank equipment is indispensable, and more and more people are starting to use it. However, for beginners, the fermentation tank equipment is not yet familiar. So, today let's talk about its principle.
The principle of the fermentation tank equipment involves placing the fermented raw materials into the storage bin, then using an electric lifting device to transport the material to the fermentation tank. While unloading, a hydraulic cylinder drives the ratchet wheel to rotate, which in turn moves the main shaft for stirring. Simultaneously, the spiral blades on the stirrer shaft agitate the material, ensuring thorough contact with air. During stirring, a high-pressure Roots blower continuously injects air, and the top of the stirrer shaft is equipped with an air heating rod to heat the high-pressure air, initiating aerobic fermentation.
Secondly, the external electric blanket and the upper heating system are controlled to heat the fermentation tank, with the temperature sensor adjusting the internal temperature to maintain an optimal state required for fermentation, such as in cow dung fermentation tanks. Upon completion of fermentation, the tank is discharged through a spiral conveyor outlet for further processing. The fermentation tank is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system, which can deodorize and remove odors from harmful gases produced during the fermentation process, making the equipment highly environmentally friendly.
Compared to traditional fermentation equipment, the fermentation tank system utilizes tank-style fermentation, significantly reducing land area requirements. By employing electric heating units and intelligent electrical control, it ensures constant temperature fermentation, overcoming the limitations of traditional equipment due to seasonal variations. The use of smart electrical control shortens the fermentation cycle from the traditional 15 days to approximately 7 days, maximizing fermentation efficiency. This system features a closed, constant-temperature fermentation method, which solves the issue of volatile刺激性 odors, protecting the environment from pollution. Equipped with an automatic, intelligent electrical control system, it minimizes manual operation and ensures safety.
