This machine tool is a double-axis CNC deep hole grinding machine, capable of grinding multi-level holes, inner conical surfaces of shafts, and end faces, while effectively ensuring the concentricity and perpendicularity of the workpiece.

The track surfaces are treated to reduce friction after plastic coating and then milled on high-precision track grinding machines, offering excellent feeding accuracy and responsiveness.

The abrasive wheel feeding mechanism guide rail uses a double V-shaped preloadable cross steel guide rail, which features high rigidity and excellent follow-up performance.

The reciprocating shaft of the workbench and the abrasive wheel feed shaft are directly driven by an AC servo motor through a reducer and a coupling, in the form of a high-precision ball screw.

Available systems include SIEMENS, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, GSK, KND, and more.

The machine tool features a simple and elegant design, equipped with a floor-standing, fully enclosed hood, and includes a clear, visible window.
