Key Features

Machine tools are made with a whole-cast bed body using high-strength, low-stress materials, featuring high rigidity and stability.

The workbench is supported by flat and V-shaped sliding guides, ensuring smooth and low-speed operation without crawling.

The abrasive wheel feeding mechanism features a double-V type preloadable cross steel guide rail, offering high precision, good rigidity, and excellent responsiveness.

Both axes are driven by servo motors with ball screw drives. The system utilizes the Guangshu CNC system (optional Fanuc or Siemens), featuring robust programming capabilities for interpolation and linkage functions.

The abrasive wheel spindle is equipped with a high-power, high-rigidity electric abrasive wheel shaft, powered by a static variable frequency drive.

Standard with φ165 three-jaw self-centering chuck, various special clamps are also available for selection.
