Leakage:
If there is an electric shock and tingling sensation in the hands when the refrigerator's outer shell comes into contact with low-temperature explosion-proof materials, it is due to a leakage.
Compressor Leak: Generally, due to the long-term use of explosion-proof refrigerators, the insulation layer of the motor windings becomes aged and falls off, leading to compressor leakage.
2. Moisture-proof Wire Leak: Due to the long working years of the moisture-proof wire used by the enterprise, after power is connected, the relay for overload environmental protection control frequently switches on and off, causing the compressor to fail to start promptly. The cabinet becomes electrified, and there is a tingling sensation when the hands come into contact with it.
Grounding not connected or loose, leading to poor grounding and leakage.
**Cautionary Notice:** In the event of a leakage in an explosion-proof refrigerator, if the cause of the leakage cannot be identified or resolved, please promptly shut off the power and contact the manufacturer or a professional for assistance.
Continuous Operation
It could be due to a failure in the temperature control of the low-temperature explosion-proof refrigerator, which is prone to occur in high-temperature environments. The main reasons are that the temperature sensor fails to detect the temperature or the refrigerator door is not properly closed.
Section Three: Ice Build-up in Refrigeration Chamber
This is a normal occurrence since goods stored in freezers contain more moisture. If the freezer ices up, first determine if the low-temperature explosion-proof refrigerator is a forced-air or direct-cooling model. If the freezer of a forced-air explosion-proof refrigerator ices up, it might be due to improper installation of the air grille, in which case you should contact the manufacturer. For direct-cooling explosion-proof refrigerators, freezing in the freezing compartment is a normal phenomenon. As the goods placed inside freeze upon cooling, and ice is often caused by moisture in the air when the door is opened, manual defrosting can be performed.
