Product Introduction

This equipment is a batch operation type, internally free of carbon, thus avoiding issues of carbon pollution. It is mainly used for sintering and degassing under high vacuum conditions for ceramics (such as transparent ceramic sintering) and tungsten electrodes, and is also suitable for vacuum sintering of tungsten-platinum products. It features a vertical furnace body with separate parts including the furnace cover, furnace body, heating elements, metal reflective screens, vacuum system, and electrical control system. The furnace body is aesthetically pleasing, drawing inspiration from advanced foreign design concepts and combined with our company's innovation, resulting in this high-temperature furnace. The heating elements use three-phase tungsten mesh heating, with a new structure that offers a long service life, minimal deformation of the heating body, and is particularly energy-efficient. The vacuum system is an oil diffusion pump plus a mechanical pump, and with the addition of a molecular pump and direct-drive mechanical pump, the ultimate vacuum can reach as low as 8x10^-5 Pa.
