
Product Introduction
The 1200C vacuum atmosphere furnace utilizes imported resistance wire as the heating element, featuring a double-shell structure and a 30-step temperature control system. It employs phase-shifting triggering and silicon-controlled rectifier control. The furnace chamber is lined with alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The box-type atmosphere furnace is equipped with an air-cooling system between the double shells for rapid temperature rise and drop. The entire outer shell is sealed, with the lid sealed using silicone putty. The furnace door is fitted with a water-cooling system and features a silicone pad controlled by a float flowmeter to regulate the intake flow rate. This furnace boasts balanced temperature distribution, low surface temperatures, fast temperature rise and drop rates, and energy-saving features, making it an ideal device for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, melting, and analysis in universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises.
