Product Introduction
The 1400C vacuum atmosphere furnace utilizes silicon carbide rods as heating elements, featuring a double-shell structure and a 30-stage programmable temperature control system, with phase shift triggering and silicon-controlled rectifier control. The furnace shell is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The double-shell of the vacuum atmosphere furnace is equipped with a forced-air cooling system for rapid heating and cooling. It features an integral shell seal, with the lid sealed using silicone putty. The furnace door is equipped with a water-cooling system and silicone pads, controlled by a float flowmeter to regulate the inlet gas flow. This furnace boasts advantages such as balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid temperature rise and fall, and energy saving, making it an ideal equipment for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, melting, and analysis in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises.
Product Range
Suitable for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, quality testing, powder metallurgy, and dental prosthesis processing industries, including baking, oxidation, and pre-sintering of disc blanks. Based on the size of the heating zone, conduct small-scale and medium-scale tests, as well as bulk production.
